Frog   –   Unfortunately I have no idea what kind of frog this is. Suffice to say it lived its life in my sister’s garden pond where it would bully the pond fish when they were competing for the bread crumbs which were occasionally thrown in. It could frequently be found sun bathing on the stones on the edge, or lurking beneath the lily pads. I hear though, that sadly, it did not survive the last winter which was quite severe and prolonged. Nevertheless this image is part of a bank of photos full of memories of an unforgettable visit 🙂
